Anyone can make this one incredible omelet... Serves on person...
What you will need...
2 large eggs, room temperature
1tbs lukewarm water
1/8 tsp salt
dash of pepper, if desired
butter or cooking spray
you can add cut-up veggies, Bell peppers, Tomatoes (also bacon), etc.
In a small bowl, beat the eggs,
water, and salt together unl blended. add a dash of pepper if desired.
heat 1 tsp of butter (or use cooking spray) in a nonstick 7-to-10 pan or skillet over medium-high heat (the pan is hot and ''ready'' when a drop of water sizzles in it). pour in egg mixture.
With a inverted pancake turner (or spatula), carefully push the cooked portions at the edges of the omelet toward the center, so the uncooked portions can ''spill over'' and rech the hot surface of the pan.
tilt the pan so the uncooked can get the heat as necessary.
when the top of the omelet has thickened and no visible liquid egg remains, fill with your filling of choice, if any. with the pancake turner (or spatula), fold omelet in half, and let cook for 30 seconds to a minute more. put on a plate with a spatula..... and you have a omelet! Enjoy!
I kept the mod inspiration on the eyes, creating a cat eye shape. I used Rimmel London’s Glam’Eyes Professional Liquid Liner ($11.95) on the top of the lid and a feathered line on the bottom. Mark
